The Air Jordan 5 “Grape” originally debuted back in 1990. It was followed by the “Black Grape” in 2013, the “Pre-Grape” in 2015, and the most recent “Fresh Prince” version in 2018. For 2020, Jordan Brand will be releasing yet another take on the classic “Grape” color scheme.
It comes in mix of Grape Ice, Black, Clear, and New Emerald. No leaked photos have surfaced, but this Air Jordan 5 is expected to feature a Purple-based upper with Black and New Emerald accents atop an icy outsole. Stay tuned for first looks to come very soon.
Look for the Air Jordan 5 “Black Grape Ice” to release this April 2020 at select retailers and Nike.com. The retail price tag is set at $190 USD.
