The Nike Air Max 200 will make a splash in July with various color options and one of those includes the ‘Royal Pulse’ edition.
The spiritual successor to 1991’s legendary Air Max 180 which was the first Swoosh shoe to utilise a visible Air unit, the AM200 takes the iconic midsole from this model, but switches up the entire upper to create a shoe that’s hard to ignore. Like the aforementioned AM270R, the Air Max 200 Royal Pulse is makes use of a no-sew upper for a sleek and streamlined appearance.
Working on a purple mesh base, black overlays feature throughout, with leather elements making their presence known for a premium look and feel. The tongue is then embellished with “AM200” branding, with the “00” stylised as an infinity symbol, which is an uber clever touch.
You can expect the Nike Air Max 200 ‘Royal Pulse’ to release at select retailers and online at Nike.com on July 19th. Retail price is set at $150. Below you can check out more images which will give you a closer look.
