Jordan Brand has officially unveiled Russell Westbrook’s third signature shoe, the Jordan Why Not Zer0.3.
Westbrook’s latest model comes constructed in a mix of mesh and textiles throughout the upper with an added midfoot strap for lockdown. “I wanted something different on this one, and I think the strap adds a little bit of flare and uniqueness to it,” Westbrook stated in the press release.
It also includes a new Zoom Air cushioning system in the forefoot designed for premium responsiveness during play. Finishing off the design is a split outsole that incorporates a modified herringbone traction.
“I don’t take it for granted that I have my own shoe with the Jordan Brand,” said Westbrook. The shoe takes on an additional meaning for him too. “Not only does it have a balance of great technology and style, but it represents more than just me. It represents hope and inspiration and aims to instill belief in the youth.”
Look for the Jordan Why Not Zer0.3 to debut in the “Zer0 Noise” colorway on January 2nd along with matching apparel. It will be followed by “The Family” pair on January 9th and the “Heartbeat” on February 27th. The retail price tag is set at $130 USD.
