Amsterdam-based jeanmaker DENHAM and Nike have teamed up to release an upcoming Air Max 1 collaboration that’s rumored to be limited to only 6,800 pairs.
DENHAM the Jeanmaker was founded in Amsterdam in 2008 by Jason Denham, an English jeanmaker who is obsessed with creating premium quality denim.
This edition of the Nike Air Max 1 comes constructed in a mix of premium suede and leather with denim on the forefoot. While majority of the upper is done in a Blue/Indigo tones, other details include White laces, leather interior and midsole, Khaki-colored tongue labels and heels with Red contrasting accents. “DENHAM The Jean Maker” is printed inside along with the familiar DENHAM and Nike logos appearing on the insoles. A Gum rubber outsole completes the design.
Look for the DENHAM x Nike Air Max 1 to release on September 18th exclusively at denhamthejeanmaker.com followed by a wider release soon after on Nike.com. The retail price tag is set at $300 USD.
